Before starting my career at Coldwell Banker, I did interview several other local brokerages. What attracted me most to the blue brand was the business structure.  

The managers are employees and while they may have sold in the past, they were not current agents that would be competing for listings and buyers.  Their focus is truly to develop great agents. 

The company offers an abundance of training for new and seasoned agents and strives to keep up with current trends in social media and other marketing efforts. 

With all of the resources offered, and the community of agents to network in, this was an easy choice for me!
